一起500 kV气体绝缘开关闪络事故的处理分析

摘 要:介绍了一起500 kV气体绝缘开关(GIS)设备的绝缘事故,分析了其应急处置及抢修方案,并通过对放电痕迹和物质的分析推测了事故原因,该事故是因设备装备过程中壳体法兰面和绝缘盆环氧树脂面的间隙混入金属异物,由于设备振动导致异物位置偏移引起电场变化,致使闪络事故的发生。指出应严格现场施工质量管控,保证设备安装质量,确保电网安全稳定运行。

Disposal and Analysis of 500 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear Flashover Accident

Abstract: Introduction was made to an insulation accident of 500 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS) equipment. This paper analyzed its emergency disposal and strategy management and determined accident causes via discharge track and material analysis. The accident was due to metal foreign objects mixed into the clearance between casing flange and insulation basin epoxy during equipment installation process. The vibration of the equipment caused foreign object position displacement with electric field change and thus flashover accident took place. It is pointed out that construction on site should be with strict quality management and control, to ensure equipment installation quality and to guarantee power grid in safe and stable operation.
