一种新型开关状态显示仪的研制

摘 要:针对传统开关柜状态显示设备可靠性差、接线复杂、集成度低、难以保证开关柜安全运行的缺陷,设计了一种适用于3~35kV高压开关柜的开关状态显示仪,用于一次设备的模拟显示、高压带电显示及柜门闭锁、柜内的防凝露温湿度控制。给出了该显示仪的工作原理及硬件配置电路设计。实际运行结果表明,该装置硬件结构简单、集成度高、可靠性好,具有较高的实用性。

Research and Development of a New Type of Switch State Display Device

Abstract: There are several flaws such as poor reliability, complex wiring, low integration, so it is difficult to ensure safe operation in traditional switch cabinet display device. In view of these, a new display device, which was suitable for 3 to 35 kV high-voltage switch cabinets, was designed. It was used for analog display of primary equipment, high pressure charged display, interlock of cabinet door, temperature and humidity control of preventing condensation inside cabinet. This paper gave the working principle of the display device and the hardware configuration of the circuit design. Practical operation results show that the device has the advantages of simple hardware structure, high integrated level and good reliability with high practicality.
