低加疏水泵变频改造的实施及应用

摘 要：低加疏水泵的作用是从低压加热器吸取冷凝水，并把水输送至除氧器，从而提高加热效率。介绍了某公司低加疏水泵改造前设备系统异动状况，并提出了具体的改造技术方案，将疏水泵组更换型号，控制部分采用变频调节。实际运行结果表明，改造后的设备平均节电率达65%，提升了控制操作实时性和可靠性。

Low-Pressure Heater Drainage Pump Control Improvement by Implementation and Application of Variable Frequency Technology

Abstract: The function of low-pressure heater drainage pump is to drain condensation water from a low-pressure heater and to send the water to an oxygen remover, thus to raise heating efficiency. Introduction was made to equipment abnormal situation before low-pressure heater drainage pump rebuilding in a company, and actual rebuilding technical plan was raised to change models of drainage pump, to adopt variable frequency control for the control part. Actual operation result shows that after rebuilding the equipment, power saving rate reaches 65% in average, to have lifted control operation in real-time and reliability.
