三电平逆变器母线电压不对称时的调制策略

    摘 要:为实现三电平逆变器在母线电压不对称时输出良好交流谐波,提出了一种补偿调制策略。从空间矢量的角度分析了母线电压不对称导致交流输出畸变的原因,给出了增设载波幅值调整因子和增设调制波幅值补偿系数这两种补偿调制策略。为避免调制波在幅值补偿过程中的过调制现象,合理设计零序分量对调制波居中处理。在母线电压不对称条件下进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明,所提出的补偿调制策略在母线电压稳态和动态不对称条件下均具备良好交流输出能力。

Modulation Strategy for Three-Level Inverters Under
Bus Voltage Asymmetry

    Abstract: To achieve satisfactory AC harmonic performance for three-level inverters under bus voltage asymmetry, a compensation modulation strategy is proposed. The causes of AC output distortion induced by bus voltage asymmetry are analyzed from the perspective of space vectors. Two compensation modulation strategies are introduced: a carrier amplitude adjustment factor and a modulation wave amplitude compensation coefficient. To prevent overmodulation during the modulation wave amplitude compensation process, a zero-sequence component is rationally designed to center the modulation wave. Simulations and experimental validations under bus voltage asymmetry demonstrate that the proposed compensation modulation strategy maintains excellent AC output performance in both steady-state and dynamic asymmetrical bus voltage scenarios.
